We are deeply disappointed with our 'Requires Improvement' rating, as it does not reflect the positive feedback we consistently receive from residents and their families. We take all inspections seriously and immediately addressed the issues identified during the visit.

The CQC report acknowledges that residents are "protected from risk of harm and abuse," and residents have commented: "I feel safe here, the people are kind, and the meals are good."

We remain committed to providing the highest quality of care to all our residents. We have implemented changes to address the CQC's concerns and will continue to learn and improve in every area of our service.
